We know first hand how hard it is to transition from the military and find a place to call home. After Army R.O.T.C. at the University of Montana we spent 21 years both stateside and abroad. We are native Montanans with roots back six generations to the 1860s.
After 21 years in the U.S. Army we decided it was time to begin the next chapter and create opportunities to connect transitioning service members with both Montana Employers and Employers Nationwide.

What is the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program?
- SkillBridge enables employers the opportunity to access and leverage highly trained and disciplined personnel at ZERO salary cost during a fellowship or internship.
- Transitioning service members receive their military pay and allowances while participating in the SkillBridge program.
- Employers serve as the “Sponsor Organization" providing real world job experience, networking, and exposure to civilian work culture.
- An organizational SkillBridge program can assist employers find top talent.
- During participation in a SkillBridge program with a “Sponsor Organization" the service member is 100% focused and dedicated to their approved SkillBridge program.
- SkillBridge is completed during the last 180 days of military service, and requires unit commander’s approval.
